Aviora collects account information, profile details, workspace content, messages, files selected by the user, knowledge cards, safety reports, blocked user preferences, and basic app diagnostics needed to operate the service.
Data is collected when you create an account, edit your profile, join or create spaces, send messages, upload files, save knowledge, submit reports, block users, or use AI features. Some content is created directly by you, and some is generated from actions you request inside the app.
Aviora uses this data to provide account access, spaces, messaging, file organization, search, knowledge cards, safety tools, support, and AI-assisted summaries or replies that you request.
User generated content may include messages, files, summaries, knowledge cards, reports, and profile information. You control what you share in spaces and conversations. Avoid posting sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for collaboration.
Aviora AI is accessed through Aviora's AI Gateway at www.m9k2z7x8v4q1a.xyz. Before Aviora sends data for AI processing, the app asks for your permission with an in-app disclosure. If you do not agree, Aviora does not send your content to the AI Gateway.
Depending on the feature you choose, AI requests may include the text you type, selected space names and descriptions, recent workspace activity titles and summaries, file names, file metadata, or file text you choose to summarize. This data is used to generate replies, briefs, summaries, and knowledge notes.
The AI Gateway and any AI processing provider connected to it are expected to protect submitted data with safeguards comparable to Aviora's privacy and security practices and to use submitted data only to process the requested AI feature.
Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information, or other highly sensitive information to AI features.
Reports and blocks are used to protect users from unwanted contact and unsafe content. When you report content, Aviora records the report details so safety issues can be reviewed and resolved.
